Giogantinu
Giogantinu, a co-operative with 350 members, is situated in the Berchidda and Oschiri wine zones of the Gallura hills in north eastern Sardinia, an area famous for cultivating the white grape, Vermentino.
The grapes for Giogantinu wines come from 320 hectares of vineyard.
Giogantu’s wines include a selection of superior Vermentino di Gallura, including Karenzia with its intense aromas of apples and mature figs, Lughente which is mellow and aromatic and the desert Vermeninto, Lughente Passito which is full of tropical and candied fruit and mountain honey.
