Famiglia Anselma
Famiglia Anselma is one of the single largest holders of vineyard land in the Barolo region with 70 hectares of prime vineyards located in Barolo, Monforte d’Alba, and Serralunga d’Alba. Since the first vintage in 1993 Famiglia Anselma have dedicated themselves to the exclusive production of Nebbiolo da Barolo and nothing else.
The Anselma Barolo is produced from grapes grown in up to twenty sites in the appellation. With intimate knowledge of each vineyard and masterful blending these wines reflect not only each vintage but the entire territory of Barolo.
In exceptional vintages, Famiglia Anselma produce a reserve wine called Adasi which comes from fruit grown on the La Costa and Ravera vineyards in Monforte d’Alba and is aged in traditional botte for an extra year.
